“All Hearts Care” have evolved out of a need that I noted from working within the industry ofhome care for 17 years. Andrea has worked in this industry for the past 17 years as a supervisor and trainer. She had the opportunity and the interest in management and personal care for patients and their families in every aspect of their care process.
As a supervisor, she found herself often acting more as patients, in order to maintain the heart overload out of that advocate for patients and to preserve dignity and integrity, in all aspect of care giving. Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Services/Management which has assisted her greatly with the educational background to foster the services needed in Home Care.

As a supervisor and trainer in a large company, I observe that patients rate of neglect increase with the patients’ load.
I entered this industry to fill the need of families who would like to keep their family member at home or in a home setting. We provide emotional support through trained personal care. The method used is based on observing data collected from many facilities and home visits. I evaluated what worked and what did not. My patients benefit from my numerous experiences. We do not compromise the quality of care. We involve patients and family members in every step of the way.
